I'm so glad you're here!

My name is Courtney and I am a certified Reiki Master and a 200HR CYT, with special certifications in Yin and Trauma Informed Yoga.  My passion is assisting people on their wellness/healing journey, mind, body and spirit.  
I am Oklahoma born and raised where I currently reside on my Faux Ranch with my three teenagers.  

I am so excited you're here and can't wait to share what I know and hopefully get the opportunity to learn and grow with you as well.
